Japanese Toolbox. This 2-part woodworking class will guide participants through the process of constructing a traditional Japanese Toolbox. Recognized for their simplicity and sophistication, they are cleverly constructed using a limited number of cuts and joints, and feature a sliding lid that fastens with a locking wedge. Their design can be easily modified to store a wide range of objects. This class focuses on power tools such as the planer, table saw and router.
