Southern Cut Millwork

Tommy Nickel grew up in the Midwest and moved to Tennessee where he met and married Amy. They have called the Volunteer State home for twenty years and love raising their three children in Knoxville.

Tommy developed a passion for the trades and client relations while working for a retreat center for eight years. He then transitioned to specialize in high-end trim, millwork, and custom cabinetry for nearly a decade. 

Southern Cut Millwork was established to honor the craft of finish carpentry and the relationships built along the way.  He values each opportunity to bring creative vision and execution to his work. He believes it's all about bringing the best out of Knoxville's wood and people!
